Gallo Pinto is one of the most iconic and beloved dishes in Costa Rica.

Rice and beans mixed with onion, sweet chili, cilantro, and Lizano sauce

Mexican breakfast (red or green sauce, topped with ground cheese, avocado, and fried eggs.

Breakfasts go with fruit dishes, coffee, milk, sugar, and orange juice, and drinks to the client’s taste.

If the client likes some sparkling wine to prepare MIMOSAS, please request it in advance to coordinate the purchase, since supermarkets do not sell liquor before 8 in the morning.

Cuts of meat: beef tenderloin, pork loin, pork ribs, pork chops, rib eye, new York, lamb, rabbit, chicken, all cuts your purchase depends on availability in the market, since some cuts such as corduroy rabbit or rib eye are sold out.

The cuts by recommendation of the chef are prepared grilled accompanied by the sauce of your choice, Argentine chimichurri, creamy mushroom sauce in red wine, Alfredo sauce in white wine with dill, maracuya spicy sauce, or sauce to taste.

Seafood: We serve fresh seafood from the central Pacific coast, many of them caught in Jaco. We have fish such as dorado, corvina reina, conger eel, yellowfin tuna, lobsters, jumbo, juvenile or farmed shrimp, blue crab, different shells, octopus, squid, lobster among others.

Preparation: – Rice with seafood (paella) – Caribbean seafood soup with coconut milk, thyme and Panamanian chili. – Rice with shrimp or seafood of your choice – Shrimp with garlic, in butter, the menier sauce (sauce based on butter, garlic, parsley, lemon and white wine) – Breaded or capped, accompanied by chef’s sauce.

TACO BAR: taco bar, with flour tortillas, corn, protein of choice (chicken, beef, shrimp, pork), with several sauces to choose from, such as guacamole, pico de gallo, red sauce, green salsa, pickled onion, sweet corn, cheese, pickled jalapeños, salad, takes a Mexican red rice with spices and refried beans.
